ACCOMMODATION JOBS

1) STUD WELDING AND INSULATION :

As per SOLAS rule, we have an experienced technical team in STUD WELDING (pin welding) for insulation fitment over bulkheads, overheads, deckheads, etc. , to resist heat transfer from sunlight, machinery, etc to decks and cabins.

We are experienced as per SOLAS rule, procure and fitment of the ROCKWOOL TECHNICAL INSULATION (seaRox used in shipyards), MFMB (Mineral Fibre Marine Board) MFRB (Mineral Fibre Resin Board) is used in bulkheads, overheads etc.., especially Navy and Coast Guards. This was approved by the Ministry of Defence Sea system and NCD1413 of Naval Headquarters.

Bulk Head, Over Head & Deck head as per SOLAS approval

1. Fire & Safe insulation (Bulkhead & Overhead class A-30, A-60)
2. Thermal insulation (Bulkhead & overhead B-15 with ALU)
3.Comfort insulation (Bulkhead & overhead A-15, A-30)
4.Acoustic insulation (Soundproof is used for AHU, Pump Room and Engine Room) (A-30, A-60)
5. Floating Floor (is used for the deck with 1.5 to 3mm G.I shuts) (A-60, B-15)
6. Fire & Safe insulation (is used for corrugated plates H-60, H-120)
7. Twiga Aquatic MFMB (Bulkhead, Overhead is used for Insulation Navy & Coastguards)

2) PANELING :

We have experienced and well-trained force for supply and service of accommodation panels with class approval of under SOLAS rule with fire reduction and fire protection in each cabin.

  • Standard wall panel (B-30/B-15)-50mm thick,(B-15/B-0) -25mm thick
  • Insert type wall panel (B-15/ 50mm thick),(B-0/ 25mm thick)
  • Removable wall panel (B-15 50mm thick),(B-0 / 25mm thick)
  • High noise reduction wall (B-30 50mm thick), Panel (B-15 50mm thick)
  • A-60 class wall panel (A-60 100mm thick) (Spline joint)
  • Lightweight wall panel (B-15 50mm thick) (High tensile steel panel) (B-0 25mm thick)
  • Lightweight wall panel (B-15 50mm thick) (Aluminium panel) (B-0 25mm thick)
  • Cable conduit wall panel (B-15 50mm thick) (Concealed wiring conduct (B-0 25mm thick) Panel)
  • Meat room wall panel (Partitions bulkhead between Dry room and meat room) (B-15 50mm thick)
  • Access wall panel (B-0 equivalent 25mm thick) (B-15 25mm thick)

3) CABIN CLASS DOOR :

To fabricate, Supply and Install cabins doors –(fire class doors) like A-60, A-0, B-15(G.I, S.S, OR ALU)fire doors part of all systems that requires a fire rating with fire and safety as per class and non-class approval.

4) WEATHER TIGHT DOOR :

Weathertight doors were serviced& installation fitments in shipyards and ports. As per SOLAS approval.
1. Water/Gas/Weather tight Door (steel, aluminium)
(i) Quick acting level operated
(ii) individual dog raised
(iii) Centre hole operated
(iv) Edges (square Radius)

5) UNIT TOILETS :

Supply and installation of
1. Pre-fabricaeted Unit toilets of sanitary accessories fittings (Shower & bath type)
2. Custom made shower cubicles as per site and client requirements
