ACCOMMODATION JOBS
We are experienced as per SOLAS rule, procure and fitment of the ROCKWOOL TECHNICAL INSULATION (seaRox used in shipyards), MFMB (Mineral Fibre Marine Board) MFRB (Mineral Fibre Resin Board) is used in bulkheads, overheads etc.., especially Navy and Coast Guards. This was approved by the Ministry of Defence Sea system and NCD1413 of Naval Headquarters.
OUTFITTING JOBS
We are experienced in supply and installation of outfitting jobs with skilled technicians who are experienced in shipbuilding industries.
SHEET METAL FABRICATION
To Fabricate all sheet metal jobs in ships like Ducting, Galley furniture, etc. And we have skilled technicians and sheet metal fabricators who are experienced in shipyards and ports. As per requirements, we do all kinds of sheet metal job in ship repair and ship building projects
MARINE FURNITURE ITEMS
We do all kind of jobs in furniture in ship repairs and new ship building including wooden and metallic (CRCA, MS, GI, Aluminium). Fabrication of the wooden furniture with Marine Plywood with laminates, veneers, etc.., as, per requirements of the clients. The wood we use are PINE, BEECH, BIRCH, CEDAR, WALNUT, ROSEWOOD, TEAK, REDWOODS etc, as per requirement.
DECK COVERING
We provide various types of deck covering in ships as per class under SOLAS approval for projects under SCI, DCI, CARGO, PASSENGER, PSV, AHTSV, MPSV, GTRSV, NAVY AND COAST GUARDS.etc.
UPHOLSTERY JOBS
To fabricate, stitch and install standard, premium, luxury upholstery jobs in marine vessels. And also, we supply captain’s chair, marine seats under a class approval in ships.
GALLEY, PANTRY & BATHROOM FITTINGS
We procurement and installation of sanitary materials. We have good marine plumbers which we have worked in many shipyards &ports.
